Some yards are unfortunately just to gone. In these instances we suggest replacing with new sod. We will measure, prep and install new sod on your property.

Some yards require over seeding to help rejuvenate their yards. This sometimes happen to yards that experience winter kill or animal damage. We come in with topsoil and seed.
Another reason to over seed is to newer generations of grass’s to yards to help promote a denser and darker yard.

With a simple soil test we can find out exactly what your soil might be lacking.

New for 2024, we are experimenting with lawn painting. We feel this could be a nice touch to have nice green grass during periods of drought and heat. Or be the envy of the neighborhood with Dark green grass in early spring and late fall.
